Located in the Warehouse District of downtown Phoenix, the 5th and Lincoln project will offer an innovative mix of studios, lofts, and flats featuring incredible views and exciting amenities.

The twin-tower project design includes a podium parking structure (1 level below grade and 4 levels above grade) wrapped with retail and residential units to allow for both cost-efficient construction and a neighborhood-friendly scale at the street level.

The conceptual design envisions 387 residential units, 4 retail units (21,875 sf) and 497 parking spaces. The average residential unit size of 875 sf with projected sales pricing averaging approximately $427/sf equates to an average unit price under $375,000, thereby enabling the 5th and Lincoln project to appeal to a large segment of the Phoenix market.

The project will be delivered fully entitled, ready to begin the marketing and pre-sales phase. Construction is anticipated to begin soon, with completion at the end of 2008.
